Situated within the confines of The Aviary Hotel, The Flock Café dons floor to ceiling windows that give way to an undeniably tropical attitude. Jungle-themed flora lines the space, allowing guests to dine with a true Cambodian surround.

Thoughtful from the Start
A dish may be finger-licking good, but without the proper ingredients, it can only go so far. The Flock Café takes care to source ingredients the way they should be sourced. Only organic, local elements make up these meals, honouring the planet in which they derive from. A perfect example are the free range eggs of this Siem Reap café, from the hotel’s local partner Eggscellent.
The lovely attitude of the staff is the cherry on top of an already delightful cafe. With a smile on their face through every transaction, this is an environment that truly represents its Siem Reap roots.
Not only that but we’ve also partnered with Graindorge Pastry and Catering to give you an exquisite taste of French cuisine at its best. This adds a wide range of French classics to the cafe’s menu, like the delicious caneles, flavorful choux, and savory canapes, making your visit a lot more worthwhile.
WAT Chocolate, another collaborator, offers a different touch to Balinese sweet teeth with their choices of authentic chocolate bars, tasty mendiants, and delectable pralines all made from pure cacao. Their mouth-watering list of sweets will certainly bring you up to a ‘cloud 9 experience.
Aside from these, we have also collaborated with GIVE Kefir, a brewery advocating for overall wellness through producing water kefirs and other fermented drinks. Water kefirs contain beneficial bacteria that are sure to make you feel better with your guilty pleasures. More than anything, the nutritional value of their beverages does not compromise its taste and refreshing qualities.
